a California King. The large second room has two twins and queen bed and the upstairs bathroom has a stand up shower. This home is a short walk to Safeway, The Blue Onion, Log Cabin Cafe, Hiro Sushi, Jasons Bar and Grill, Lanzas Italian Restaurant, and many
other fine restaurants. The beautiful back yard backs up to the ninth fairway with a view of Lake Tahoe and there is parking for at least four cars in the winter. Snow removal is available and there are no steep hills to maneuver in the snow. The location
is forty-five minutes from the Reno/Tahoe airport; a private, inexpensive, safe shuttle and van service is available upon request. The home is also a five-minute drive to Northlake casinos, dining, and entertainment and public transportation is available to
Northstar Mountain Resort. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher and pets okay with a deposit. The house is only five miles from the new Village at Northstar, skiing, and golf and eight miles from Diamond Peak ski area. The home is fifteen miles from the
entrance to Alpine Meadows and 16 miles to Squaw Valley; all areas offer cross-country and downhill skiing; rental ski and snowboard equipment is available. In the summer, no driving is necessary; the North Tahoe Community center offers beach volleyball, sprawling
