Overview
This Chamberland home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located on a dead end street. There is a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, formal dining room and large kitchen with bar seating. The home is completely remodeled inside and has a large open livng area making this Lake Tahoe vacation home highly desirable.
The loft area serves as a third bedroom with four twin beds and the other three rooms have a queen, double, and two twins. The house is located next to open area for hiking in the summer and sledding in the winter. There is also a hot tub in the garage, but please be careful because the driveway is steep.
The home is close to Chambers Landing and has access to Chamberlands amenities which includes swimming pool, tennis, and Chamberland private beach. High speed internet included (connection not guaranteed).

Chamberlands-Homewood

A West Shore community neighborhood approx. seven miles south of the intersection of Hwy 28 and 89. Most properties include Homeowner Association beach, pool and tennis court privileges. Shuttle buses take you to and from the beach and pool area all day long.
